Where do you ship from/Where are you based?

Our shop is based in Melbourne, Australia and our items are also shipped from Australia.


What are the shipping prices?

If your order is over $75 then shipping is free in Australia. If your order is over $85 then shipping is free in Europe. If your order is over $80 then shipping is free to the rest of the world countries.

Standard International shipping (rest of the world countries) (7-10 days): $15

Standard Europe shipping (varies): $20

Standard Domestic shipping (within Australia) shipping (4-5 days): $6 

Each item is shipped individually from the manufacturer at a flat rate of shipping which is listed during checkout for all international orders. International orders are shipped via Auspost (approximately 5-10 business days to deliver).

A shipping notification and tracking number will be emailed to you upon shipment. Once your package enters customs, we cannot guarantee a delivery time as there can be delays through your local customs office.

How long does my order take to arrive?

The total processing and shipping time for your order will take 20-40 days, sometimes longer due to our suppliers delay. We can not control the shipping time because it depends on the destination country's handling time and other factors,such as,customs clearance,bad weather etc.

Can I cancel my order?

If you notice that you have chosen the wrong size/put the wrong address etc please contact us immediately and we can sort it out however this needs to be done within the first 24 hours. 

What if I want a refund or return the item I received?

You can return your item for a refund or another item within 30 days. If your order exceeds 30 days, unfortunately we cannot refund or accept returns.
